OEM DSM part needed urgent !!

Seem like this is the only place I can post to ask this :

I need urgently 2 OEM mitsubishi part numbers . They are :

MD734648 and
MD739795.

These are both 3rd to 4th Shift Rails. They seem to be impossible to get over here in the UK.
Any help and eta to obtain the parts would be much appreciated.

We do mate but lead times are like 8-12 weeks !! and I need to get one asap
