Car runs fine for a minute and then sputters

Hey guys so i've been having alot of problems lately with my 92 laser. First of all, when day when i went out to start it it simply wouldn't start, but with the isc unplugged it started and ran good for about a minute, then after that minute it started to bog and sputter until it died. Now whenever i start it it will run good for about a minute and then do the same thing, bog and sputter until it dies. I've tried a different ecu, coil pack, transistor, and spark plugs with no luck. Could it possibly be the CAS or something else because i am totally stumped.

O also, i forgot to mention that being the idiot i am, forget and had the isc plugged in when i started the car with the 2nd ecu plugged in. It doesn't sound like a fried ecu to me but that could be a possibility i guess. Any opinions?? Wisemen?
