i have a 95 talon ESI that i just put a new head on it. i tuck it to the machine shop and they said it was good. now when the car starts there is a clicking noise. it gets even worse on higher RPM. if you disconnect a spark plug the noise diminishes. i have removed the valve cover and i can not see any thing that might be making the noise. i have also put a new coil pack and the nose is still there. the ideal is also high and not steady goes from 1500 to 2000 RPM. can you help me for both problems. Thank you:talon:

I would say to check your spark plug wires. It sounds like they may be arcing. I just changed those out on my sister's 97 rs and that was one of the problems.

Also, make sure when you put your spark plug wires in that they click into the coil and also on to the spark plus. If those plus seem questionable to you, then get a new set.
