car breaking up when spoolin

alright i have a 1gb
maft. safc1, 660cc,fp green, fmic aem wb, new new gm mafs

alright this happend a couple weeks ago
when the car starts to spool its strats breaking up, not as bad as fuel cut but seems simular

the cars hz signal goes up then drops and goes back up
i thought it was the maft so i threw back on my 2g mafs nothing same problem
threw in a set of 550cc injectors same thing

i notice my in ijector pulse width goes to 15 and holds

try performing a boost leak test...then check your plugs and wires then get back to us

wires are fine already checked that. changed coil pack
no boost leak
plugs are fine and new
