Hard starts, lost RPM tach, it started out when it rained, runs rough,

that kind of sounds like my ecu, minus the lose of the tach. when mine went out, i just swapped a tach out of another cluster and it worked just fine. i sent my ecu out to dsmwiseman "STEVE," but i havent gotten it back yet. apparently he has 10 infront of mine. it sounds like everyones ecu is going out right about now.

i have two of them, both caps leaked. neither one runs good, but they both start. pull the cover off and check the caps and the board around them. if they leaked, which it sounds like it did, you either need to rebuild that ecu, or buy a new one. gl.
