Hey guys,

2 days ago, I was tightening clamps and I noticed one of the brackets for the stock air box was still attached. There was also a steel line fed through it which I found to be the clutch fluid line, it was held in by a clip. I removed the clip, unscrewed the line sum fluid flowed out, then I removed the bracket and screwed the line back together. I go to drive my car and the clutch has little to no pressure and I cant go into any gear. I assumed air was caught in the system so I jacked the car up removed the nipple on the bleeder attached a hose and submerged it in fluid and then did the pump and open/close bleeder routine with a buddy. We did it for about an hour where I went through over a bottle of fluid. The pedal didnt seem to get any stiffer and still couldnt go into gear.

Im stumped, Ive made sure the line was tight, and Ive tried bleeding it, I know the cylinders are fine and their are no leaks. The clutch/flywheel/throwout bearings along with several other transmission related parts were replaced in December so Im confident everything is fine.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

Well, it worked before you disconnected it, and now it doesn't. There are two safe bets, it's either leaking, or you didn't bleed it properly. :D

I'm sure you know how to bleed these things, but I'll just point out that if the fluid goes below a certain point it will start sucking air into the system and make it much much worse.

Can you pump it up and get pedal feeling? That would indicate air bubbles to me. If not, look for leaks. Make sure all the mechanical pieces are moving properly and the fluid moves when you hit the pedal.

Thanks for responding guys, I ended up just opening the bleeder and manually pumping all the fluid out and adding new fluid. Thanks again.
