walbro 255 and fuel pressure reg.

alright.. i know there have been previous post but I still have to found what I am looking for, I have a 95 talon tsi with t-28 turbo and 3 inch turbo back exhaust, I bought a walbro 255lp fuel pump and put it in about a month or two ago and its been running fine, Is it safe to not have a fuel pressure regulator? I want to get one either way and I have been looking on extreampss.com web site, now, do i need to buy the air fuel pressure regulator, install kit, and gauge to have it work? from what i can see it will well over 275..does that sound right or would that be spending too much..thanks

I have that AFPR and I love it. If you order it, order an liquid fuel pressure gauge from summit and run it right on there. Goodluck

Hmm, I guess they are out of stock. I couldn't find anyone else who sells it. The next one up is $45 more... and it comes with an Aeromotive AFPR, so you know you are getting a good quality product!

What about the importevolution kit? And fullthrottle sells that bolt on fpr. I think import evolution has it too.

And how did you NOT find anything on a 255 and afpr? Sounds like you didn't search very hard, this has been discussed OVER and over.

The kits you can get from import evolution should cost you more than 200 unless you get ssb line.
