Do they make a spoil or differential kit for a 1.8L 93 eclipse gs that would make it posy tract so that both tires spin instead of one

Without searching for you, I couldn't tell you. But If you cannot find anything, and you must have posi, you could try the Miller or Lincoln approach.

I don't think you will like the car much if you locked the differential, though. It will hardly turn, jump and shake, wear your tires in a short time, break axles, etc. While it may be my opinion that open is better that posi on a street car, I am sure nearly everybody on this site shares that opinion.

Now, on the other hand, if you actually want a limited slip, Phantom Grip probably has a crappy piece that will fit.

Lincoln locker and mini spool is not the same thing as posi.

People who get posi's (when I hear positraction I hear limited slip differential. Posi is the (?) chevy (?) flavor of it I think) on a FWD adore them on the street. They like them much much better on the track too.

People who do the Lincoln locker (welding the gears together), and mini spool have serious problems anytime they want to do anything other than go straight, and sometimes when they want to go straight there are problems too.

they have those for 2g's, I'm sure they have something better than a PG for 1G's.

Phantom Grips basically go into your stock differential and put resistance on the pin that lets the gears spin. The more resistance you put on it, the more differential it takes to make them spin different speeds. Dopey, but it's better than nothing... most of the time.
