Need help, free safc-II on the line

ok I hope this goes in this forum but...

My friend has a 3000gt that he put a supercharger kit on.. he told me that after install and upon test driving the car as soon as it hits like 3000rpms, the belt begins to squeal like crazy... Is this suppose to happen or is something wrong? I will try to get more info from him, he told me this today at work...
he also told me that if i can help him he would give me his safcII he doesn't want anymore for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need that safcII HELP

I'm not very well versed on superchargers but obviously I would check: supercharger belt pulley alignment (make sure the pulleys are lined up ok), check tension on the belt, and make sure all the pulleys are straight and square (turn them and see if they wobble at all).

Pretty simple, check the belt tension.. Now give me a free safc.
