Timing Issue

I have a 1990 2.0 Liter non turbo Eagle Talon. I have rebuilt the engine twice because of the timing jumping after less than 100 miles and destroying the valves, pistons, and head.
I rebuilt it again and replaced everything in the timing side (pulleys, belt, auto tensiner) and it ran great for 1500 miles and jumped again. (lucky me it didnt hit the valves this time). Any ideas???????

1) Did you use factory parts? NEVER use after market parts for timing belt, auto tensioner, idler pulley, or tensioner pulley no matter how much cheaper they are.

2) Did you follow the steps here exactly (and I mean exactly)? http://www.vfaq.com/mods/timingbelt-1G.html.
The distance between the tensioner arm and auto tensioner body in step 35 is CRUCIAL and MUST be within spec.

3) Did you compress the auto tensioner very very slowly so as to not blow it's internal seals?

4) Here are some TB install tips for 4g63T some of which may apply to your NT.

They are all factory parts. I also had a friend help do the timing the last time to make sure that I was doing everythig correctly.
