spark plug question?

ok, im new to this, but i need to know the spark plug gap on a 1990 eagle talon tsi turbo 5-speed fwd, it is all stock, no mods. Also, what kind of spark plugs would i use, i will be upgrading things soon but not sure when or what i will be upgrading,
