1G Fried ECU??

Well guys this sucks. I ran out of gas so I put some in and thought it would start. It had no problem starting before I ran out of gas. It wouldn't start. I have spark in all cylinder and have gas because I can smell it. I don't know what to do here. My friends decided to be assholes the one day I skip school and they burried my car in snow completely. Is it possible that water could have gotten in and got to the ECU from the melting snow? I sprayed carb cleaner in the TB but it still wouldn't even attempt to turn over. It will crank no problem but won't turn over.

How do I check my ECU?
Where should I take it?

The ECU is inside the car where it should have stayed dry. How have you checked the spark? There could be water in the spark plug holes or some other ignition problem.

I'm thinking you need to start with your basics.
I would verify that you have spark, plugs gapped correctly, and I would make your fuel pump is cycles when you turn your key in the on position.

The cars ECU is directly behind the radio on these cars. I would think that in order to have spark there would be at least one sensor(cam position sensor) that has to communicate with the ECU in order for the ECU to give the go ahead for a spark. If you have tested you have spark then i would look at the fuel system. Just cause you smell fuel doesn't mean it's working correctly. My next suggestion would to look for a thread on diagnosing a no start. i looked real quick but i got to head out
