I had to Replace the water pump on my 94 talon and since i replaced it i cant get the car to start as you probably know you have to remove the timing belt tensioner to do so. i got a form form alldata.com that tells me how to but i cant get all the information i need out of it any recommendations

That will help a ton would you happen to know if the pistons and the valves will collide with eachother

That would depend on you correctly installing the aligning the crankshaft/camshafts and installing the belt properly. If everything is reinstalled correctly nothing will clash. If you reinstalled uncorrectly... the valves can meet the pistons and make a bit of a mess.
