idle problem i dont know what it could be <HELP>

i dont know where to start i think i have tried almost everything so far !!!!
ok frist things frist , my car has idle problems it revs then fales revs then falls it only falls to regular idle about 750 or so then comes back up to under 3 grand i have a brand new throttle body new tps and checking isc tommorrow but perty sure that anit the problem...

things i have check just for this problem
tps
throttlebody
air leaks have found some and fixed
basicly everything for the idle surge

now the misfire it only breaks up when i am at wot right at ,and i mean right at 4 thosanud rpm dont know why some times it happens in the idle sure but at wot dammm sounds like it farts really bad

everything form number 1
injector restior pack
coils
plugs
wires
timming
ecu
wiring
volts
cas
o 2 senor
mostly everything so any instie well be greatful thanks chirs

Have you tried adjusting the idle adjustment screw?

yes i have done everything i have been working on this issue for about 6 months now not just this but most this

ok guys found it out the ecu was it the whole itme caps leaked and made the car run in limp mode so thanks and pass on the good news thanks
