i have a 96 talon fwd turbo and i notice when i am on the highway i hear a type of grinding noise but when i turn the wheel to the right the noise goes away i was told it was the wheel nearing could it be the passenger side or driver. I tried to put it on the lift but i cant detect anything.

I feel you on the problem of not being able to find the problem.

grab the wheel and try twisting it, with one on the ground if possible. Side to side, up and down, in and out and see if you get any play. You should be able to see any play between the rim. Look for the rotor moving closer and away from the dust guard behind the rotor. Thats what I did and I detected a little on my car so it looks like new front bearings are due.
