car running bad all around...

my 1g died last weekend and would start but only run on two cylinders. drove it home and looked under the hood. i found that cylinders 1 and 2 were not firing.. worked out that it was the injecters and change them both.. the car ran great. later on that day the waste gate acuator broke and the wasit gate stuck open. so i went home and put another one on and now the car idals rougher then normal, and backfires at light throtle. so when i got home today i rev up the car and when i free reved it, its built full boost... anybody have any idea?

Did you check the vacuum line going to the wastegate and make sure the wastegate will open?

yes it is i checked it and all other vacume lines

Check your plugs and do a boost leak test. You probably burned them up when you overboosted.

changed my plugs and no benifit, but its getting worse. and i still cant figure out why it builds over full boost on a free rev. i have the stock boost set and im building 15 lbs...i guess im going to try and change the other twio injecters today and see what that does..

How does it drive? I'm guessing very low on power? Seems like it's missfiring?

down low its misfiring and backfires. ive found the source of the problem to be in cylider 4 but i dont know what. the problem gets worse as the car gets warmer. ive changed spark plugs, injecters, wires, the only thing left i can think of is the ecu it self...

Do a compression and boost leak test. When you do the boost leak test look closely at your injector seals.

compression showed 180-175 across the head. boost leak test lead to a small leak but i cant figure out where its coming from...not the injecter seals though, the back of the intake mani... and its too cold (15 plus wind)to stand out and peak around but i guess ill try to find it

Use warm water and dish soap and spray it all over the intake manifold and watch for bubbles.

i know.... i know thats not the problem thow becuse the car has had it since i bought it, ive neglected it beucse the car ran fine for over 2000 miles with it

with the car idleing spray some brake part cleaner (very small ammount) around where you think it is leaking. if the rpm changes, that's your problem!
