Replaced sensors on my car and exhaust now bogs out

I just replaced the sensors on my car (the 2 against the firewall by the intake manifold) and put my exhaust on i had to splice the o2 sensor after the cat back on because i didnt know how to unhook it.... now ill go to drive it and ill press the gas and it wont go anywhere then i hit the brake and the car almost stalls out... if any one can help i would appreciate it very much thanks

Which o2? Did you cut the wire?

It was the o2 sensor right after the cat
