Oil Leak

Ok i have been noticing oil around my oil cap here lately so i thought my cap had been worn out or something so i ordered a new one and it still leaks.. I put a o ring under it to help and it seems like its helping a bit but i was wondering if anyone has had this problem or knows what might be wrong! Thanx

Check your crank case valve, pvc or whatever, if it is not cloged and your crankcase is breathing ok, than I would say you are getting a little blow-by, may be bad rings.

Are you seeing pressure/smoke blow out the hole while the car is running with the cap off??, If so that is not good and you need to do a Compression test, If you do not have one, they are very easy to use and cost about $20 bucks. Let us know.Bob
