Hey, I need some input.

I found the timing mark I was looking for and have all the marks aligned.

Can you let me know if they are correct.

Here are some pics.

I thought you said you were going to a different forum because this one was useless.

Anyway, yes those marks are right.

Did you time the rear bs properly?

Well the top one (Crankshaft sprocket) looks off by one sprocket. And the BS-sproket shown isn't really a good picture to see if its properly aligned.

On a side note, the oil pump make need to be rotate a full turn to be timed properly, If you are getting excessive vibration after a timing belt install, this is the likely problem.

Is there a problem or are you just double-checking your work?

Run a straight edge across the cam timing marks to be sure all 4 are in a perfect line. Make sure the balance shaft is pointed DIRECTLY at the mark (as said above, it is hard to tell with the angle), and pull the bolt on the backside of the motor where the rear shaft runs, slide a screwdriver n the hole. If it slides all the way in, the shaft is in proper phase, if not, you need to rotate it 180*.

All four shouldn't all line up since the marks aren't 180 degrees apart.
Running the straight edge through the centers of the bolts should match up with the center two marks on the cams and the mating line of the head and rocker cover.

For those who are interested the exhaust cam is advanced slightly and the marks on the cam sprockets are set up so that one is used when the sprocket is on the exhaust cam and the other when it's on the intake cam. Because the exhaust is advanced (something like 3.5 degrees) it's mark isn't 180 from the other.
