I searched, found a similar thread but no real answer:
Here

Oil (or what looks/feels like oil) is seeping out of the upper radiator hose where it meets the radiator. The fluid is very dark and oily, but gets sticky and eventually crusty after its been sitting a while.

No coolant loss.
No over-heating.
No smoke.
Can't find evidence of coolant in oil (no foam/bubbles/"chocolate milk").
Drained radiator...coolant *looks* fine.
Still makes good power.
Still makes good boost I believe (don't have aftermarket gauge, but the car still pulls).

Again, the fluid seeping from the Rad hose is very dark. Doesn't look diluted at all.

I find a very small amount of shaft-play in the turbo. Pulled it today and am taking it to a shop tomorrow to see if its in good condition.

I figure that if it were a blown HG I'd see *some* other evidence besides oil in the rad hose.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
