1g oil filter housing?????????

Hey guys should my oil filter housing look like this??

and if it doesnt, i have the whole setup from my 1990 talon awd, is it hard to install onto the 1992 awd talon? or should i just buy the another replacement and put it on the 1992??

No it shouldnt look like that, you have a leak somewhere.
The 90's have air cooled oil and yours has water cooled, so depending on your mechanical skills, it may or may not be a hard install. PM me if you want to sell your 90 oil housing and oil cooler.

To get the cooler from the 90 on,you have to take the lower timing cover off to get to the bolts behind it.from there the hardest thing to do is mounting the external cooler.It's well worth it though,it's cool to the touch after driving.
