OKAY, the crankshaft pulley / harmonic balancer has 2 belts going around it. The belt on the outside of the crankshaft pulley is the belt that goes around the power steering, alternator and water pump. I understand that much of it. BUT there is another belt that runs on the inside of the crankshaft pulley (closest to the timing belt cover) and that belt goes around the inside of the crankshaft pulley and then back towards the firewall in the engine bay, it also goes upwards at an incline and goes around one single pulley kinda close to the firewall, much closer to the firewall then all of the other pulley's and it sit all alone just one single pulley with a belt on it that goes around the inside of the crankshaft pulley. What in the hell is the name of that pulley and what purpose does it serve. Thanks to anyone who knows.
