I just set my BISS a little bit lower because I was idling around 1500 RPM's all the time. It's sitting pretty around 1k now. I noticed my old plugs were missing as well, so I swapped them out. I did a compression check when I swapped them too, and the chambers that had oil all over the plugs were the ones with the highest compression as well, does this indicate bad rings?

I would also like to know what needs unhooked and grounded for the BISS to be adjusted properly. I just unhooked hte battery for about a half hour to reset the ECU this time, but I'd like to do it properly when I get home tonight. Any help is appreciated.
