Alright the car is a 1992 laser rs awd, all original except for 3" downpipe and 3" exhaust all the way back and boost is set at 15psi. Original everything with 150,000 miles runs awesome.
i have searched for literally two days and cannot find an answer to my questions.
The damn clutch is so stiff it is unbelievable and the engagement point is so high that it is not letting the clutch fully engage itself even when the clutch pedal is all the way up, and this is causing my clutch to slip. Me and the previous owner of the car have bleed the system 6 times in 2 days, and when we do the clutch pedal get softer (a good softer) and it will engage and disengage just beautifully and within 10 to 15 minutes of driving the car the clutch pedal gets super hard again and start to slip also when the clutch pressure gets super stiff the clutch pedal will no longer go all the way down to the floorboard. It will stop about two inches before it hits the carpet. If I use both of my feet I can force the pedal to go all the way down but I have to push so hard it feels like I am bending my clutch pedal assembly more then anything else. If I bleed it again it goes right back to normal and I can push the clutch to the floorboard with one hand as soon as I drive it for any amount of time at all it gets stiff and does everything all over again. It's like the system is getting way way to pressurized and when I bleed it it relives some of that pressure for a short time.
The slave cylinder is only two months old and it was a brand new part (not rebuilt) I have tried and tried to adjust the rod thing from the master cylinder that the clutch pulls in and out but there is so much pressure on that rod that even with the nut lose and pliers locked onto the rod it will not turn in or out at all, I mean none. I have searched for leaks in the line's for hours and have found none. My hydraulic fluid level stay right at the same level all the time. I am not losing any fluid.
Help me please I can't even hit boost in my newly purchased car without the clutch slipping. It sucks
