Need help diagnosing misfire

The other day it rained really hard and now my car sputters above 4k rpm when ever i boost more than 5lbs.....i can see my a/f gauge go rich and then when it sputters it will drop to lean like i have an electrical problem....what might be a cause for this cause i have checked alot of things and cant source the problem.....(coil pack, power transistor, knock sensor, ecu, plugs/wires, TPS, and a few other things)

Also i have had this problem before but it usually goes away after a few hours or if i turn the car off....it would happen like every 3 weeks or so and then just dissapear by itself....any help would be appreciated

also when i set base timing by grounding out that snake eyed plug on the firewall the car wont free rev past 5k and when i dont ground it out it will sound like a stutterbox at 6k and wont free rev past that point
