HELP turbo drain to pan

do i just unbolt the 2 bolts and slide the gasket on and retighten? i dont have to drop the pan do i?

Drain the oil out of the pan. Undo the two bolts, scrap the old gasket off and make sure it's nice and clean. Make sure both ends are dry and bolt it back together.

There should be a small crush washer on the drain tube bolts that should be replaced along with the gasket between the drain tube flange and the oil pan each time you remove the drain tube. People miss the crush washers all the time and wind up having an oil leak. They seal the bolts.
