Overboost problem after FMIC+MAFT install--wastegate not working?

Ok, so i put my FMIC and MAFT in w/ the gm mas and all that good stuff.. I had to relocate my joe P MBC pressure source from the tap on my old j pipe to the vacuum line coming off the BOV.. i thought it was supposed to work as such, but now im boosting WAY over 20 PSI. all i want is to get back down to like 16 or 17. I also played around with the MBC, and its basically not doing crap. all the way unscrewed is the same as all the way down. I think if i relocate my pressure source it should make the problem go away, 'cause it just seems like the wastegate isn't opening at all.

I'll post pics up later if im too vague, and no one know's what's goin on.

Anyways, if you guys could give me some idea's that would be great.

Mine is ran from the intake manifold to the BOV and T'd in the middle, then the line from the T fitting runs to the MBC, and from the other side of the MBC to the wastegate.

Make sure all your lines are secure and there are no holes. I had the same scenario when my fan sliced into the backside of the line running to the MBC from the wastegate.

Also, unhook the line from the wastegate to the MBC and pump air into it with a compressor and see if your wastegate is responding at all.

or, run the line direct to the wastegate actuator.

it should open at 7psi give or take.l
