Ok after tearing out the terribly installed car alarm I notice that it looks like I'm missing a relay. The first picture shows the relay. Next question is that I took the dash out to paint and after it was back together I find this plug with nowhere to put it to. You can't see from the picture but the wires are pink and black. Last question is where exactly is the relay for the heater/defrost? I'm not getting any power to that area so I'm assuming its the relay. Thanks

The missing relay is the theft alarm starter relay for M/T.

If by heater/defrost you mean the blower relay, it's on another 2 relay board just to the left of the board with your missing relay. Relay is the right one of the 2.

I don't know what the plug is for. Are you sure the wire colors aren't red and black? Do they have another color stripe on them? Where does the wire go? If into a harness, what other things are on it? Does the plug have more than 2 pins even though there are only 2 wires?

Its solid pink wire and black wire, just a two pin plug, the wires aren't very long. Thanks for the quick reply on the relay. Would you happen to know how to test the relay? Thanks

The one to the left of the blower relay is the rear window defogger relay which should be the same. You can swap with it. But you should first check the kick panel fuses 11 (30A) and 13 (10A) which are on the blower relay. Also keep in mind a faulty blower switch will prevent it from working (as well as faulty blower resistors (except for hi position) and a faulty blower itself).

Well theres no relay panel to the left of the one of the pic. There is a panel thats on the same board as all the fuses. BOTH my blower and defroster don't work so maybe its the panel itself. I'm just trying to catch this before I have to do some wire chasing. Should have done this before I reinstalled the dash LOL. Thanks again for your help.

Yes, sorry, it's on the same panel as the fusebox (the two relays are above fusebox). I was looking at a mechanical drawing which showed everything from front (no depth) but I just looked under my dash to verify it. Check the voltage on fuses 11 and 13 with the key on (fuse 13 is on both relays). If none, check the 60A fuse in engine bay (although all kinds of stuff wouldn't work if this was blown). You can pm me for more detailed help if you need - I know electrical.

I may have found the answer after searching thru all my diagrams. It could be the cruise control disable plug (one black wire and other black/red) that goes to the clutch pedal position switch (to disengage cruise when pressed). This switch has this and another 2 wire plug (black and green/black) on it to disable the starter if the pedal isn't pressed down (many people unplug this one).
