Freinds car wont start

So im helping my boy start his 91 talon after its been sitting for 1 year, He just put a good used 14b on the car he plugged everything up and the car cranks but no start, he's got a new battery. So i went over there and i check for spark and there was spark, i took out teh spark plugs and they were soked in fuel, i check the fireing order of the spark plug wires and they were good, also put eh spark plugs from his other eclipse in it and nothing, the maf is connected everything seems in place. What could it be?

His mods are 3inch downpipe, 3inch cat back, 255 walbro, SAFC, and just a regular K&N air filter

You may have too high fuel pressure, or you safc is set inncorrectly

It's got stock FPR, and what do u recommend his safc be set at we started at +10% and then i moved it to -10% any other suggestions?

Check the engine coolant temp sensor. If it's bad or disconnected the ECU can flood the engine with fuel. Running a 255 without a AFPR isn't going to help much either.

do you have compression?if you do then try this...get some long stick matches and a new set of plugs...pull the old plugs out and light a match and put it in the cylinder.what you are doing is burning the raw fuel out and raising cylinder temp because the is so flooded.put new plugs back in and give it a try.put the safc on 0.

Um i check the sensors there all fine, we let the fuel dry out and i also disconected the fuel pump and a gave it a couple cranks it dry up a little, i think the injectors are frozen, like stuck open im going to attempt taping them and seeing if that does anything (I was told thats worked on some people), im also gonna get new plugs and try again after we tap the injectors, by the way the car has not started in a year or so, thats y i think the injectors are stuck.
