my car will not start and i've programmed the Safc numberous times. how do you program it

I'm sorry, I don't understand. You've programmed it numerous times you say, but you're asking us how to do it

it's not the safc im getting no spark. The fuel rail has feul in it but my wires aren't producing spark. I've asked several people and they said it makes no sense. To check for the spark we stuck a screwdriver in the wire and turned it over and the screwdriver didn't ground or spark. i don't know what esle to do

If you expect a decent answer, at least give us a decent post describing your problem. As for now, zero out your AFC. In fact, your car should start even if the values on the AFC are wrong, but like I said zero it all out.

The AFC has nothing to do with spark, so I don't know why you are even bringing that up. When you checked for spark, did you have the screwdriver grounded? Slap that wire on a plug, ground the plug to something, and then crank it over. Spark?

Check for fuel, air, and spark. Check your wires, coil pack, plugs. It could be many things, but without a decent description, you're not going to get much help!

Just reset the thing. Go into your settings mode and hit initialize. Then change your settings to 4 cyl, have the arrow pointing northeast, and switch your sensor type to karman. Did you wire it correctly? Did you make sure that the ground wires were tapped on the same wire and were at least an inch from each other and the harness?

If you are getting no spark, check the all things mentioned by dedlewamp and also check if your cam angle sensor and your crank angle sensor are good to go. Could be coincidental, but that's what happened on mine.
