Rev and car turns off!!!!

Please help me with my car!!! i just bought the car and i do not no whats wrong with it. it has a lto of mods on it but when i rev it, and let the rpms drop to 0 and den sometimes the car stalls out.... It seems i lose some power, and the battery light comes on like its ready to stall and sometimes it goes back to normal, and most of the time, it sttalls out... PLEASE HELP MEE!!!!!

Check for vacuum leaks first. Do a boost leak test and see if it's leaking anywhere. Make sure all your gaskets are good and sealed, and that all of your piping is on tightly. Next make sure all of your sensors are plugged in and didn't become unplugged somehow.

Then, if there are no leaks and everythings tightened down, it could possibly be your timing. A '92 talon my brother owned before he totaled it would start and idle, but it would die after you revved it a little because the timing was off by two teeth.

Start from there, and then see where that gets you.
