Hey guys, let me tell ya what i've done already. Checked all vacuum lines, did a boost leak check, and checked my isc and everything is good. No check engine lights either. Now when it warms up and i drive, whenver I come to a stop it starts to pick up idle and it usually stays around 1500 at idle until I shut it off and it cranks back up again. However, I can push the throttle cable right on the TB and it will lower the idle, it's like the plate is getting stuck. I've already cleaned it and everything. My cable is also not pulling to hard on it. What to do what to do.

Have you tried to loosen the cable adjustment bolts on the backside of the intake manifold? Sometimes if you have those too tight and the metal heats up, it will cause the cable to pull tighter. Loosen those bolts then snug them this time.

Check your BISS (Base Idle Set Screw)

It is a little screw usually capped off on the top of the throttle body, screw that inward all the way then back out 180 degrees. Turn your car on and then adjust until your idle is acceptable.
