Alright i will try to be as specific as possible So i dont have to repost anything

Mods list are - IC pipes , mbc ( 15psi ) , 3"turboback , intake , bov

Now i think this is my clutch but im not sure , about a 2 weeks ago i went to do a highway pull and my car suddlenly bucked and then continued pulling ( it was very very cold , So i figured it was possibly fuel cut )

Anyways to make this shorter about a week ago , i went to get on it in 3rd , the clutch slipped up into 4,500rpm , Before the car even started to really accel... So i figured , "eh" time for a new clutch..... This is my first standard so i dont really know what a going clutch "feels" like.

Now recently if i get on it , in ANY gear ( even 5th.. at 3,200 ) The car shudders , almost feels like wheelhop ina sense , But not as bad. I can't tell if this is the clutch , or something more serious ( i have already orderded a new clutch / flywheel im just waiting for them to come in )

Any feedback would help

I just did all required mat. as well ... All belts + timing , Water pump , plugs , wires , fluid flush....This "problem" arrised before this tune up

First of all, please don't bump your threads as this is a great way to get them closed.

From what you've desribed, it does sound like a clutch issue. Make sure you use a new OEM throwout bearing during the install and bleed everything properly.

Let us know what you find,

Andy

:dsm: Some of the clutch kits out , Come with new Throw out bearings , Such as ACT , are these the OEM , and if not do you suggest i go with an oem?

Im trying to decied between a spec stage 2 + act flywheel or a act 2100/flywheel any input?

I will be ordering my clutch/flywheel/lsd , when i get out of work today

any suggestions would be appreciated since my knowlage on the "quality" of clutchs is not to extensive...

Thanks guys :dsm:

Go with an act 2100 since you are fwd, either an act or fidanza flywheel (both are just as good, fidanza is lighter) and i would go with the oem tob unless you get one with the kit. Have fun dropping the trans...
