P1390 code

Hey guys.. My brother has a 96 Eclipse NA and this code is comming up.. I know it is for the timing belt jump 1 or more teeth... My question is, Can this be fixed without removing the timing belt and reinstalling it? If so, what can I do to fix it. I have heard that a timing light cannot be used to adjust the timing back to normal. Also the code P0351 is comming up (Ignition coil #1 Primary Circuit) can this be related to the other code? Thanks in advance.

Check timing belt / Check crankshaft sensor and camshaft position sensor / Check PCM connector .


Have you looked to see if the teeth are aligned?

Can you please let me know where all these connectors are? I don't own a DSM, this is my brother's car and he doesn't know anything about cars and I am not familiar with this engine. Thank you.
