Having Problems w/ 97 GST Harness in 95 GST..Help Please !!!!

im working on my friends car (95 gst) and the harness in the car was cut all over and he bought a 97 harness ( bad on his part i think)..i put the engine harness in with no problem...now as for the body harness i had to gut the car out..dashboard, interior, everything...as i was plugging everything up some plugs do not plug into anything...and these plugs look important..for example

right under the radio...blue plugs..4 of them not plugging in...what up w/ that ? there are some other blue plugs but they are already plugged in..

also when i turn on the switch for the headlights the headlights dont come on..now when i turn the push wiper switch down the headlights come on..wtf???? everything pretty much has on place to go and has a certain length ..therefore i shouldnt have anything plugged up wrong ...right ? ?

also when we pulled the 97 harness we didnt get the fuse box and im thinking thats a problem..the fuse box is missing one plug on the bottom left side..nothing would go in because it all was to big or was already plugged up...are the fuse boxes the same ? ? ? ? ?

another thing as for some plugs missing connections...im guessing they probably went to some sensors on the 97 car..i cant think of anything else...

this car is having some serious issues...

if i could get some help with this that would be great so i can finish up this car so i can work on mine..thanks

A description of the plugs would help (what color wires, connector shape, picture of them).

Did the harness match up with tthe one that was in the car, because i'm getting ready to rewire my 95 gst and just wondering whats ahead of me?
