Wail/scream sound under boost

I installed my U/LIPC and GReddy type S BOV a few nights ago. After getting my boost dialed in to about 15/16 psi, and my BOV where I thought was the right spot I'm getting some crazy noises. First off, when I'm in boost, there's this horrific wailing/screaming sound. The first time it made the sound, the boost was just too high. Once I turned it down it went away, but now its back. Not only that, I feel like the car is holding back soooo much for 15psi. It was really strong right after I installed everything, but now its really weak. I've fiddled with the bov some but nothing seems to work. I've checked for leaks and the only leaks are on the TB shaft seals. I tightened everything down, and even put RTV on the BOV. I'm lost.

How is the shaft play on your turbo also is you wastgate messed up. Just 2 things to check. Good luck.

yea that really sounds like a boost leak somewhere though! and that would cause your lack of power for sure too
