About 10 minutes of normal driving after having accidentally dumping the clutch at 6k(I meant to slip it, but my foot slipped off, it was rough enough that it turned the windsheild wipers onto high) it started making this rattling noise. It seems to increase in speed with the transmission. When I rev it (in neutral, clutch engaged) to 3k and disengage the clutch, the rpms will drop to idle before the rattling stops. In the vid I placed the camera in a position where the rattle is the loudest. I disengage the clutch at about 8.5 seconds just to show you the difference.

I first thought it was a spun bearing until I realized it had something to do with the clutch...
So, what could it be?

thanks chris, i might give that a try. One other detail, when I start moving, there is no noise in first gear UNTILL I let the clutch out. The noise hasnt seemed to affect normal driving at all. I dont want to drive it until I know what the problem is.
