No logging software will work on my car ! Please Help!

I have the Palm III series, w/ a ISO 323a interface and cradle/serial.

I have the newest OS4 downloaded... I can connect to my computer just fine, but I can't use ANY logging software to connect w/ my car.

Obd Gauge - Just keeps saying "Initializing" at the top. (i've done every setting)
Tuner'stein/palm n' stein - Only works w/ multiplex interface
MMcd - also won't connect

I've tried disconnecting, soft resets, hard resets, ALL updates, all logging programs.

WTF is up w/ this logger?

No, I didn't get it from pocketlogger.com and now I wish I did.
I've read on here other members having the same problems but they can't find a solution either.

SOMEONE please help !

Well it seems a member of DSMTUNERS.com has scammed me and a few others guys off ebay. He claims to sell good working, full, complete datalogging sets for 1g's and 2g's.
When you get your 2g kit, the Interface does not work. The 323 interface is not designed for our cars.

His name will be released if the matter is not handled in a proper manner.
He has hundreds of dollars to refund his customers, and most of us are tuners members.

I'll let you who care know how it turns out.

The Elm 323? That most certainly is designed for our cars - it uses the ISO OBDII protocol. Your problem must be with some other physical faults within the interface.

A few people have PMd me about this guy, and all I can basically say is - you got screwed. Sorry. Don't release his name though; that's not what this site is about.


If you don't mind, can you PM me one of his auction sites? Maybe I can diagnose the problem that way.
