Water pump replacement

I lost a lot of radiator fluid recently from where the water pump is and think I need to replace it. It is probably the stock pump and the car's got 120K+ on it. I had the timing belt replaced at a shop only 20K ago and don't want to do it again.
1) Is it possible to remove and replace the water pump without fully taking the timing belt off?
2) If I just loosen the tensioner bolts, will the belt be loose enough to take off without having to re-compress the plunger in the tensioner to get the belt back on?
 
Nope. Hmm....nevermind. I thought you were Turbo. Heheh. I don't know anything about the 420A :talon:

You will either have a 420a with autotensioner, or without the autotensioner. Call Chrysler and give them the last 8 of your vin and they can tell you whether or not you have it. Just as in the 4g63, follow the directions exactly. This will ensure that you can drive a good 60k with no problems.

The technique is different on the 420a so be sure you download for that.
