Whats up guys,
I am having a problem with my 92 GSX. The cars drives fine but the idle surges sometimes and the car will stall out every once and a while. The car has the stock MAF with the lower screen removed so maybe that might be a factor. I have already tested the following things:

Boost leak tested
Reset TPS and throttle switch
Tested the IAC valve
adjusted base idle with Biss and resealed it
recirculated BOV
EGR blockoff
cleaned throttle body
o2 sensor works fine
tested fuel pressure

It seems like the car is running lean as soon I shut the throttle. Any ideas?

Well, I've seen 2 MAF's not work right by removing the honeycomb. I know this is a free type of mod, but unless you have a way of compensating, I think I would leave that one alone for now. You can get a SAFC and use a 2g MAF I guess for more flow, but like I said, I've had a couple of experiences and neither one worked.

Perhaps someone else can chime in and let us know their experiences.

Get another MAF and see if your problem goes away.

You have the Supra pump with the B&M fpr, you're overrunning the fpr. What is your fuel pressure at idle with the vacuum hose on? What is your vacuum reading at idle? RPM? Are you logging? Is the eprom stage 3 burnt specifically for your setup? 450s and hacked 2G mas? Are you using anything to fine tune or just relying on the eprom?

I do not have the supra fuel pump or the pressure regulator on the car anymore. Do you guys think a GM setup might fix my problem, because I had it on my old car and it was the best thing ever. Also my fuel pressure is about 37psi with the vacuum line off the regulator.

Please Update your profile.

Just to let you know you need to Compensate the 2G MAF With an SAFC, DSMLINK or burn it in the TMO Chip. It seem like you are running 20% leaner because the 2g MAF in the 1G car.

The GM setup will work as long as you have the MAF-translator.
