So I just got my logger set up
Im running M100 with MMcd

My car 92 Talon TSI AWD is not running at the moment, and was hoping the logger could help me find out whats wrong (so I dont go replacing everything!) I think the problem may be ECU?

I want to know if I can diagnose my problem with my new Datalogger without the car being started (but cranked over?)

Needing Help...

Thanks,
Jesse

Dataloggers get information from the ECU through OBDI information streaming. The information provided is only about running conditions of the car, I cant think of anything you can learn from a datalogger on a dead car unless there is a CEL.

Because I posted all about my car on another thread...

people said that my first step was to diagnose my car, and the easiest way was with a data logger
My car turns over, im just not getting spark, and i was trying to grab an error code or something...

Where should I go from here?
