car wont start

I have a 1997 eclipse gsx. I Was having problems in the past with my car starting every once in a great while the car wouldnt start it would keep cranking until i let it sit for a long time possibly overnight. This sounds weird but what i would do sometimes is take off once spark plug and it would start then put the plug back on. This was goin on for about 6 months. I got new magnacore wires and plugs put in along with a new fuel pump and filter hoping it had something to so with any of those. So little after that i was driving on the highway and it died and never started back up. It will crank but now i wont get spark. My cams are turing so i dont think its the timing. Please somebody give me some advice.

It came lose, and I could not even tell. I have suggested this fix to about 15 people and 4 or so have reported back that it was indeed the problem. They also said there cars have never run better. If not that do you have a check engine light? might be crank angle sensor.

Check your coil pack for resistance on both primary and secondary coils. Make sure you can hear the fuel pump turning on also with the key on the run position. Rip up the back seat if you're having trouble hearing.

Also a good point, fuel pumps dont just die they suffer for awhile then take a crap. Let us know.
