Idling issue...

I have an idling issue with my car. Upon start up in the cold weather, it does not idle; it varies constantly however below the 500 mark. Just purchased the car and only has greddy type s and intake on it. everything else is stock. I personally think its a vacuum leak somewhere but I cannot seem to find one. Are there other things I can check? I know the Bliss screw could be turned to raise or lower idle but the car doesn't idle.

Turning the BISS screw on a 2g dose nothing unless you have a scanner to alow for idle adjustment, sounds like you have a vac leak. Try doing a boost leak test...

Go ahead and try to back out the BISS screw to see if you can get it to idle AFTER you do a boost leak test. Here's a link on how to properly set your BISS. http://www.vfaq.com/mods/BISS-2G.html

It could be something simple like the honeycombs have been taken out of the intake.
