Major boost spike

Allright here's the deal. I boost spike to about 25 psi and it won't go any lower, no matter how i adjust it. I've went through 2 mbc and both i have spiked high. I've ran a pressure source to my actuator and it's moving so I know it's not broke. I've unhooked my mbc and run straight to the wastegate and it will hold 12 psi. So is it my mbc that's bad or what. I need help cause it sucks driving slow

Have you done any exhaust mods lately??

If not make sure the mbc is hooked up right, hook it up on way and then flip it so it is installed the other way, test both and see if the one way works better.

I have a 3 in catback with a 2.5 dp and evoIII o2 housing but it's been on there for over a year. I have flipped my mbc with the hoses and everything is still the same.
