is my motor mounts are off???

like about 3 month ago, i install the prothane motor mounts from shop...
and i saw the front mount yesterday and notice that it is kanna off..

do you guys think that this cause lot of shaking when car starts off???
my car shakes alot when under the 1000 RPM where is when i try to go on first gear slowly
this happened after i install them...
this motor is kanna off right???

I am guessing by the picture, this is the front mount?

Was the mount torn or excessively worn to begin with? This can sometimes cause some misalignment. You are only supposed to install the inserts on good condition mounts.

The shaking... If this is just more vibrating than you are use to, thats normal. You are going to feel the vibration of the motor more with urethane mounts. It should really be a noticeable difference if you replaced all four of them. Is this a Prothane kit, or some other brand?
