Boost Problem

OK i have a couple questions to see if anybody can help me with.

first off i drive a 93 Tsi with the JDM Cyclone swap

OK my car like in the mornings or cold nights boosts really well but once the car warms up its doesn't boost as well.

and also on a normal day basis my car with spool up just as normal but the car doesn't really move like it should. sometimes the turbo will spool up and the car just seems like its rejecting air or something it really hesitates. and sometimes it will do just fine. so i have a bad boost problem somewere.

also the car has kind of a slight studder in the idle kinda of like a miss, but i have changed my plugs and tried new wires and that doesn't solve that problem.

So if someone could help me with these problems i would greatly appreciate it.

2 things you could look for... first off and most important.. boost leaks... make your self a boost leak tester. (www.vfaq.com) and find and fix all boost leaks...finding boost leaks isn't that hard, but is essential to making power... second. you might be heatsoaking your your stock sidemount if your boosting in hott weather above stock boost levels, cause i see you have a boost controller.... booth of those a pretty common for the symptoms you have... hope this helps..

also, were you sure to gap your NGK's to .028??? that also may cause some studdering...

yeah i gapped my plugs to .028 and i actually have a FMIC on my car and all 2.5" aluminum intercooler piping upper and lower. but i have noticed that a while back when i washed under my hood(covering up the important things)i noticed that a little water got a down in my plug wells, but i was able to get most of it dryed out, so i need to replace my valve cover gasket to fix that but i don't think that is my problem with the studdering. Yeah i kinda assumed i probably have a boost leak somewere cause as of lately i can here it leaking through my boost gauge inside the car. but then again i am losing alot of power and i don't think a boost leak could be the cause of all the power lose. some one told me that there are some kind of air or coolant sensors that could be bad. i already replaced my MAF.

i am having the same problem. someone told me that your timing is being pulled due to knock. do you use a datalogger?
