blown turbine to o2 housing gasket?

My car has started to run rich at idle and buck & stutter under any boost. and I just noticed that my turbine to o2 housing gasket blown apart. I can also hear the open downpipe noise coming from that area at idle. My question is this prob what causing my problems? I would guess the o2 isn't getting all the right readings and causing the problems?
The fuel and spark parts are all good.

Pre-02 Sensor leaks cause your O2 readings to be off, thus giving more or less fuel than is actually needed.
What kind of plugs are you running, how old are the wires?

Get that gasket fixed. It is throwing of your 02 Sensor readings. As for the COP, I suggest throwing on the stock coil just for the hell of it. I had a friend w/ A COP, and his car started running like shit for no reason, and for the hell of it we put the stock coil back on and it fixed the prob. Something broke in the COP and had to get a new one.

I have new gaskets on the way. I don't think the cop is the problem I've had it for 8 months and it's been good. I just put new gaskets on the turbo inlet and outlet made a 3rd gear run to full boost ran great. then i tryed to go into boost later that day and it started acting like this and I saw that gasket was blown so I'm guess that's my problem I already ordered a new one I just wanted to get other opinions.
