Oswego,
I just finished putting a clutch in my 94 AWD and I started it up and noticed that my ABS light was intermittently blinking on and off. So I flicked on my lights and I noticed it turn on and off again. I take a drive around the block and the lights on my dash keep popping on and off like I have a bad altenator. I checked my voltage and sure enough it's only 12V at idle with all accessories off. The altenator, however, is only about 6 months old and this only occured after I installed my clutch, so it can't be that. I noticed for about a week that my battery seemed a little weak, and it may have discharged over the few days I had done the clutch, so I installed a good battery out of another car and no change. Then I noticed that when the engine was off that nothing was working, like my automatic seat belts or my lights. Tonight I'm going to check all my fuses and connections and hopefully that's it.

Anyone experience something similar?

ummm....check your ground wires, sounds like you could be getting a bad ground from the battery to the frame of the car. It also could be a fuze, but I never had good luck for something to be like a fuze, i usually had to replace somethign expensive  , but I would DEFINTALY check your grounds....GOOD LUCK!!!!
