Ok, I just had my clutch and flywheel replaced with an act2600 and fidanza flywheel. Now whenever I let off the gas I hear a noise that sounds like I'm dragging a tin can behind me. As soon as I step on the gas, even just a tiny bit it goes away. Also when the car isn't in gear or the clutch is down the noise is not there. Another problem that I'm not so worried about is that it tends to stall a lot more now, I just turned up my idle, is there a better way to fix this? Thanks.

It's my understanding that the dragging sound you hear is normal. My car actually does the same thing and I have the stock flywheel in there. The sound just isn't as bad or loud. My buddy Kent has that same flywheel and I've heard that sound your describing before while riding in his car.

I'm not so sure that your idle problem is directly related to your flywheel because at idle, the flywheel isn't doing anything. Are you sure you just don't have a freak vaccum leak?

I just thought the flywheel had to do with the stalling because there is so much less rotating mass that when the rpm drops the ecu isn't quite fast enough to catch it so I was just looking for a way to counteract that. Thanks for the info on your friends car.

I bought the act2600 clutch kit with the pressure plate, clutch, and throwout bearing. I checked my exhaust and it didn't seem to be rattling at all. I'm going to check my flywheel bolts sometime this weekend.

I have had the same setup for 2 years now, with the same wine. As well as a lot of the DSM comunity.mine is still truckin along fine. The stalling can be due to the lighter flywheel as you said. Mine never stall's anymore but if i reset the ecu it does sometimes.

Hopefully you put some thread lock on the flywheel bolts, and just about anybody on this site would recommend using an oem throwout bearing as opposed to the ones in the ACT kits.
Apparently ACT no longer uses an after-market TOB, and have switched to stock.
