Just like the title says. What other things could cause the car not to start? Brand new fuel pump installed, new plugs and wires. I was thinking fuel pump relay, possibly the CAS. Has good compression, so that is out. It just quit out of the blue. Thanks for the help in advance.

First, you'll want to see if you have fuel. You can do this by cranking it, and pulling the plugs to see if they're drenched in fuel.

Next, check for spark. Best to use an ignition tester from an auto parts store, but you can also just leave the plug on the valve cover and see if you get spark arcing from the boot.

If you have spark but no fuel, check the ECU, the MPI relay, and the fuel pump electrical connections.

If you have fuel but no spark, check the CAS, the ignition power transistor module (ignitor), your coil pack and/or your ECU.

It turns out it was the ECU. Didn't appear that the caps were leaking, but it isn't working. BTW, this is on my 91 Talon TSI. I have another question now.

Does the ECU control the ABS too. I swapped the ecu from my FWD eclipse into the Talon, and it runs, but the ABS light is stayin on. Any suggestions?
